An invitation to the Arbutus Club is something truly special. Host your next social or business event at The Club and give your guests an extraordinary experience. You do not need to be a Member to book our banquet facilities.

The Quilchena Terrace
Capacity: 100 seating or 200 standing

Enjoy the feeling of being outdoors without being exposed to the elements in the Quilchena Terrace. Brightly lit with natural light, a wall of sliding glass doors open onto our large deck with a spectacular view of the Kerrisdale Valley. Beautiful hanging baskets in full bloom trim the Quilchena Terrace with a selection of available ornaments for the tables. The deck can also be covered with large tents giving protection from the sun without sacrificing the outdoor ambiance.

The Quilchena Terrace is ideal for any occasion from weddings and reunions tomeetings and barbecues.


The Strathcona Room
Capacity: 200

Nestled in the heart of the Arbutus Club, the Strathcona Room is the perfect location for any occasion. Decorated in soft earthtones with pine accents, the Strathcona Room is the perfect balance between design and function. The room can be furnished with banquet tables for a night of celebration or conference style for an afternoon of high productivity. We are here to meet your needs.

For business functions, the room can also be divided into smaller units making for the perfect break-out rooms for individual sessions.


Board Room
Capacity: 20

The boardroom is optimized to maximize productivity.  The room is beautifully lit by natural light and appointed with natural wood accents giving the facility a comfortable atmosphere.  We offer full catering for those extended sessions.  The boardroom is also equipped with a refreshment station to help keep everyone alert. 

The boardroom is ideal for meetings and collaborative planning sessions.
